Our refund policy is simple: If you’re unhappy with executor.org for any reason within the first 30 days, email us at email@example.com, and we’ll give you a full refund- we guarantee it. When you email us, we would love to hear how we disappointed you so that we can get better, but it is not a requirement.
When we get your email, we will email you a confirmation that we plan to close the account, and you’ll receive a full refund within 72 hours.
After 30 days, if you are on a monthly plan, and meant to cancel just before the monthly billing and forgot, we’ll refund the payment for that month any time within three days after the payment is made.
This guarantee includes the Do It Yourself Plan, as well as the Attorney-Assisted and Premium Attorney-Assisted Plans, even if you’ve had your first consult with an attorney as a part of an Attorney-Assisted Plan. If you’re unhappy for any reason and want to cancel our service, we want to hear about it and will be happy to refund your money, even after your first consultation with an attorney. Once you have had your second consultation with an attorney, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event of a technical problem that causes our site to go down for multiple hours or multiple days in a month, email us and we would be happy to offer you a partial refund for that month.
